We counsel children, teens, and adults through individual, couples, and family sessions.

Competent in a variety of fields, our experienced therapists are able to offer a diverse range of approaches towards your healing and growth. Just a few of these approaches are as follows, but are not limited to: Internal Family Systems, Medical Qigong, EMDR, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Gottman Method for couples, Gottman Bringing Baby Home, Enneagram, Art Therapy, Hypnosis, Prepare-Enrich Premarital Counseling, Play Therapy, and Traditional Talk Therapy.

If we are unable to provide you the assistance you need, we will be happy to help direct you toward a reputable referral.

A session is approximately 50 minutes in length. Payment is to be made at the time of session, the cost per session is $200. We do offer a sliding scale based on gross family income if you will be paying out of pocket. Fees are as listed:

Family Income/ Fee

  • $100,000– Above/ $200
  • $50,000-100,000/ $175
  • Below $50,000/ $150

Most of our therapist are in the BC/BS Network, out of pocket expense depend on your specific policy. For different insurance providers we can provide you with a reimbursement form for you to file
