I believe that every person has a story worth understanding and that healing happens within safe relationships. My goal is to provide a counseling environment where clients feel comfortable to spend meaningful time with their own story.

I enjoy working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support in a difficult season, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach is collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy practices such as IFS, EFT, and experiential therapy.

Self-pay only. I use a sliding scale to collaboratively find a fee that works for all clients based on their needs.

Accepting new clients, both in-person and Telehealth
